Well, it’s that time of year again… Card making time at Casa del Fleischer. Every year, the kids at my son’s preschool are asked to exchange Valentine cards. However, since our family does not exactly celebrate Valentine’s Day, it seems a little wrong to me to go out to the drugstore and buy little cards. So, every year the kids and I do collaborative card making projects like this one, which basically show appreciation for all the school year’s friendships. Undeterred by my previous attempt a meatball experiments, I decided to continue, learn from my mistakes, and try something else. Today, I am taking my mad tempeh skills and trying my hand at tempeh tacos.
